Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom LiPo batteries?
For custom sizes we are MOQ-friendly and can support small pilot runs. Engineering samples are available before mass production. Contact us with your target capacity and dimensions for an exact quote.
Can you customize the size, capacity and connector?
Yes. We build to your spec — thickness, width, length, capacity, wire length and connector (PH2.0, Molex 1.25 and others). Bare cells or cells with PCM/BMS and NTC are both available.
Do the cells include protection (PCM/BMS)?
Standard cells ship with a PCM board for overcharge, over-discharge and short-circuit protection, with auto-recovery. NTC thermistors are optional. You can also order bare cells if your PCBA already handles protection.
What certifications do your LiPo batteries have?
Our cells are UN38.3 certified for safe air transport. MSDS documentation is provided for shipping. Additional certifications can be discussed based on your target market and application.
How long does sampling and production take?
Samples from standard tooling ship in days. Custom-tooled models and mass production lead times depend on capacity and quantity — we confirm a schedule with you along with the official datasheet before you approve.
What is the cycle life of these batteries?
Standard cells deliver at least 500 charge cycles at 0.5C while retaining 80% or more of rated capacity. Actual life depends on charge/discharge conditions and operating temperature.
