Description

THOR-503035 provides 500mAh in a 5 × 30 × 35mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-602535 keeps the same capacity and 35mm length while narrowing the cell to 25mm, but increases nominal thickness to 6mm. THOR-603030 is 5mm shorter at the same capacity, but also uses 6mm thickness. Choose THOR-503035 when lower depth is more important than minimum width or length.

The 5 × 30 × 35mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope, not a guaranteed finished-pack size. PCM position, insulation, lead exit, connector body and wire bend radius can add space around the cell. Confirm the production-intent assembly before enclosure approval.

At 3.7V nominal and 500mAh, THOR-503035 stores 1.85Wh. Runtime depends on standby and active load, conversion efficiency, cutoff voltage, duty cycle, temperature and aging. Capacity and geometry do not establish current capability; validate continuous and peak demand with the approved assembly.

THOR-602535↗ is 5mm narrower at the same capacity and length, but increases thickness from 5mm to 6mm. THOR-603030↗ is 5mm shorter at the same capacity, also at 6mm thickness.

Are 5 × 30 × 35mm the finished THOR-503035 dimensions?

No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. PCM placement, insulation, connector body, lead exit and wire routing can increase the finished envelope, so confirm the production-intent assembly before enclosure release.

How should THOR-503035 runtime and load suitability be validated?

Use 1.85Wh as the nominal energy starting point, then measure standby drain, active duty cycle, pulse load, conversion losses, cutoff voltage and temperature effects. Verify the approved PCM and harness in the actual device.
