Throughout these Terms, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Dongguan Hongteng Gaoneng Technology Co., Ltd. / THOR Power. Manufacturing support is provided by Dengzhou Xinju New Energy (Henan) Co., Ltd.
THOR Power offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or placing an inquiry or order with us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including the additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Section 1 — Online Store and Inquiry Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or that you have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent.

Section 2 — Orders, Quotations, and Proforma Invoices
THOR Power produces custom-manufactured lithium battery products to customer specifications. A binding order is formed when both of the following conditions are met:
- The customer has provided written confirmation of the Proforma Invoice (PI) or a written purchase order referencing the confirmed PI; and
- The required deposit payment has been received and confirmed by THOR Power.
All product specifications — including cell chemistry, voltage, capacity, PCM/BMS configuration, connector type, wire specification, packaging, labeling, certification requirements, quantity, unit price, total order value, production lead time, and shipping terms — are documented in the PI and/or the written order confirmation. These written records are the controlling reference for the order. Verbal instructions or unconfirmed changes are not binding on THOR Power.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications carefully before providing written confirmation. THOR Power manufactures to the specifications as confirmed in writing and relies on the accuracy and completeness of the customer’s confirmation.
Section 3 — Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods, subject to availability and the terms agreed in the PI:
- Bank wire transfer (T/T): Bank transfers should be made to the account details provided in the PI. Payment is considered received when the funds are confirmed in our account.
- Credit card: Credit card payments may be processed by an authorized third-party payment service provider on our behalf. Credit card information is transmitted securely through the payment provider’s infrastructure and is not stored directly on our servers.
- Apple Pay: Where available, Apple Pay payments are processed through an authorized payment service provider.
- Payment link: We may issue a payment link via an authorized payment service provider for certain transactions.
Payment terms (deposit percentage, balance payment timing) will be specified in the PI. Production generally commences only after the required deposit is received and confirmed.
Section 4 — General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, consistent with applicable law.
The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect their interpretation.
Any new features or tools added to our website or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
Section 5 — Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The controlling product specification for each order is the written PI and/or written order confirmation exchanged between THOR Power and the customer.

Section 7 — Pricing and Modifications
Website price indications are for reference only and subject to change without notice. Actual pricing for each order is confirmed in the PI and written order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service (or part thereof) without notice.
Section 8 — Shipping and Delivery
All shipments of THOR Power lithium battery products are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review that policy for details on lead times, shipping channels, documentation, customs, and transit damage procedures.
Section 9 — Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because THOR Power produces custom-manufactured products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions described in that policy. Nothing in these Terms or in the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights that customers may have under applicable law in their jurisdiction.
