THOR-602535 places 500mAh in a compact 6 × 25 × 35mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-503035 provides the same 500mAh at 5mm nominal thickness but increases width from 25mm to 30mm, while THOR-702535 keeps the 25 × 35mm footprint and raises capacity to 600mAh by increasing nominal thickness to 7mm. Choose THOR-602535 when a compact 25 × 35mm plan area matters more than minimum thickness and the enclosure can accept a 6mm nominal cell.
The 6 × 25 × 35mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. The current PCM-equipped dimension drawing for the pictured standard assembly shows approximately 6 × 25 × 37mm. That drawing does not guarantee every customized finished pack: PCM placement, insulation, lead exit, connector body, wire routing and bend radius can change the final envelope. Confirm the production-intent drawing, polarity and mating connector against the device cavity before sample approval.
At 3.7V nominal and 500mAh, THOR-602535 stores 1.85Wh. Actual runtime depends on standby drain, active duty cycle, pulse load, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, temperature and aging. Capacity does not establish continuous or peak-current capability; validate the intended load with the approved cell, PCM, wire and connector configuration.
