THOR-601230 provides 180mAh in a narrow 6 × 12 × 30mm bare-cell envelope. Compared with THOR-501525, it is 3mm narrower and adds 30mAh, while requiring 1mm more thickness and 5mm more length. THOR-501227 keeps the same 12mm width in a shorter, thinner 5 × 12 × 27mm format with 130mAh.
The 6 × 12 × 30mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. The current PCM-equipped drawing is approximately 6 × 12 × 32mm. PCM, insulation, lead exit, connector height and wire bend radius can be significant in a 12mm-wide cavity, so confirm the complete production-intent assembly.
At 3.7V nominal and 180mAh, THOR-601230 stores approximately 0.67Wh. Runtime depends on standby current, active duty cycle, wireless or audio peaks, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, temperature and aging. Validate voltage sag and pulse demand with the actual device.
