The THOR-501525 provides 150mAh in a 5 × 15 × 25mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-501624 is a near-size alternative at 5 × 16 × 24mm and 140mAh, while THOR-501227 narrows the cell to 12mm but extends it to 27mm and reduces capacity to 130mAh. THOR-501525 is the stronger fit when a 15 × 25mm footprint is available and the design benefits from retaining the full 150mAh.

The 5.0 × 15 × 25mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. A finished battery may require additional space for the PCM, NTC, insulation, lead exit and connector. Where the available cavity is more constrained than the standard protected-pack configuration, a shorter or custom cell geometry should be evaluated as a separate engineering option rather than treated as the same THOR-501525 configuration.

At 3.7V nominal, 150mAh corresponds to approximately 0.56Wh. Runtime depends on the device duty cycle, regulator and charging losses, cutoff voltage, wireless activity, temperature and aging. No discharge capability should be inferred from the compact dimensions alone; validate the actual load and pulse profile before final selection.
