THOR-501125 is the smallest geometry in this micro-cell selection ladder, providing 100mAh in a 5 × 11 × 25mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-501227 adds 30mAh with only 1mm more width and 2mm more length. THOR-501525 reaches 150mAh at the same 5mm thickness, but requires a wider 15mm cavity.
The 5 × 11 × 25mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. The current PCM-equipped drawing is approximately 5 × 11 × 27mm. In this size class, PCM placement, insulation, connector height, lead exit and wire bend radius can determine the final cavity, so validate the complete assembly rather than the cell alone.
At 3.7V nominal and 100mAh, THOR-501125 stores 0.37Wh. Runtime depends strongly on standby drain, wake frequency, radio or audio pulses, regulator losses, cutoff voltage, temperature and aging. Validate pulse demand and voltage sag with the actual electronics.
