Description

THOR-302530 is the broad, 3mm-thin 150mAh option in this selection set. THOR-352025 keeps 150mAh in a shorter, narrower 20 × 25mm footprint but increases nominal thickness to 3.5mm. THOR-501525 is shorter and much narrower at 15 × 25mm, but requires 5mm thickness. Choose THOR-302530 when minimum depth is more important than plan area.

The 3 × 25 × 30mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. PCM placement, insulation, lead exit, connector and wire bend radius can increase the finished thickness and length, which is especially important in a shallow enclosure.

At 3.7V nominal and 150mAh, THOR-302530 stores approximately 0.56Wh. Runtime depends on standby drain, active duty cycle, pulse load, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, temperature and aging. Validate voltage sag and the complete protected assembly before sample approval.

When is THOR-302530 preferable to shorter 150mAh cells?

Choose THOR-302530 when a 3mm profile is the priority and the cavity can accept 25 × 30mm. THOR-352025↗ is shorter and narrower but 3.5mm thick, while THOR-501525↗ uses a much smaller 15 × 25mm footprint at 5mm thickness.

Are 3 × 25 × 30mm the finished pack dimensions?

No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. PCM, insulation, lead exit, connector and wire routing can add thickness or length, so validate the complete protected assembly in the shallow cavity.

How should a 150mAh device be runtime-tested?

Test sleep current, active duty cycle, pulse load, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, temperature and aging. Confirm voltage sag with the actual electronics rather than relying on capacity alone.
