THOR-702535 provides 600mAh in a compact 7 × 25 × 35mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-602535 keeps the same 25 × 35mm footprint but reduces thickness to 6mm and capacity to 500mAh. THOR-802540 keeps 600mAh but increases thickness to 8mm and length to 40mm. Choose THOR-702535 when the fixed 25 × 35mm plan area and 600mAh target justify 7mm nominal depth.

The 7 × 25 × 35mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. PCM placement, insulation, connector body, lead exit and wire bend radius can increase the protected-pack dimensions. Confirm the production-intent drawing, polarity and sample fit before enclosure approval.

At 3.7V nominal and 600mAh, THOR-702535 stores 2.22Wh. Runtime depends on the real load profile, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, duty cycle, temperature and aging. Capacity and geometry do not confirm pulse or continuous-current performance.

Are 7 × 25 × 35mm the finished THOR-702535 dimensions?

No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. PCM placement, insulation, connector body, lead exit and wire routing can increase the finished envelope, so confirm the production-intent assembly before enclosure release.

Does 600mAh confirm runtime or peak-current capability?

No. The rating corresponds to 2.22Wh at 3.7V nominal, but runtime depends on the real load profile, conversion efficiency, cutoff voltage, duty cycle, temperature and aging. Continuous and peak-current capability require separate validation.

It adds 1mm of depth and 100mAh over THOR-602535 while preserving the same plan area, creating a clean thickness-versus-capacity choice. Final pack and load requirements must be validated.
