Description

THOR-802540 provides 600mAh in a compact 8 × 25 × 40mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-702535 is 1mm thinner and 5mm shorter at the same capacity, while THOR-502545 reduces thickness to 5mm but requires 5mm more length. THOR-802540 is the compact rectangular choice when 40mm length is useful and an 8mm-deep cavity is available.

The 8 × 25 × 40mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. PCM placement, insulation, connector body, lead exit and wire bend radius can increase the protected-pack dimensions. Confirm the production-intent drawing and sample fit before tooling.

At 3.7V nominal and 600mAh, THOR-802540 stores 2.22Wh. Runtime depends on the real load profile, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, duty cycle, temperature and aging. Capacity and geometry do not confirm pulse or continuous-current performance.

How does THOR-802540 compare with thinner 600mAh alternatives?

THOR-702535↗ reduces nominal thickness to 7mm and length to 35mm at the same capacity. THOR-502545↗ is thinner again at 5mm but requires a 25 × 45mm footprint. THOR-802540 uses 8mm depth to keep length at 40mm.

Are 8 × 25 × 40mm the finished battery dimensions?

No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. The protected assembly can be larger because of PCM placement, insulation, connector body, lead exit and wire routing.

What electrical data is needed before approving THOR-802540?

Confirm standby and active load, pulse magnitude and duration, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, charge method, temperature and target runtime. Validate the final PCM, wire and connector with the actual electronics.
