THOR-503040 is the 600mAh, 5mm-thick option in the 30 × 40mm footprint family. THOR-603040 increases thickness to 6mm and capacity to 800mAh, while THOR-803040 reaches 1000mAh at 8mm. THOR-703040 provides the 7mm, 900mAh intermediate step. Choose THOR-503040 when minimum depth matters more than maximum capacity within the fixed footprint.

The 5 × 30 × 40mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. PCM placement, insulation, connector body, lead exit and wire bend radius can increase the protected-pack dimensions. Confirm the production-intent drawing, polarity and sample fit before enclosure approval.

At 3.7V nominal and 600mAh, THOR-503040 stores 2.22Wh. Runtime depends on the real load profile, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, duty cycle, temperature and aging. Capacity and geometry do not confirm pulse or continuous-current performance.
