Description

The THOR-955565 is a 3.7V 5000mAh lithium polymer cell with a 9.5 × 55 × 65mm bare-cell envelope and 18.5Wh nominal energy. It is 0.5mm thinner than THOR-105565 at the same 55 × 65mm footprint, while THOR-105555 shortens the cell to 55mm at 10mm thickness. Choose by the real three-axis cavity rather than capacity alone.

The relatively thin 5000mAh format is a technical-fit candidate for portable diagnostic devices, slim backup-power modules and field data terminals after the complete protected-pack envelope is verified. The current configuration indicates approximately 2mm additional length with the PCM; connector, lead exit, insulation, swelling allowance and tolerances remain part of the mechanical review.

The 18.5Wh nominal-energy value supports early runtime estimation, but usable runtime depends on the load profile, conversion efficiency, temperature and cutoff settings. Capacity does not define current capability, so continuous load, pulse demand, charging and protection requirements must be validated for the released configuration.
