The THOR-105555 is a 3.7V 5000mAh lithium polymer cell with a 10 × 55 × 55mm bare-cell envelope and 18.5Wh nominal energy. Its near-square footprint is shorter than THOR-955565 and 0.5mm thicker, while THOR-115252 uses a smaller 52 × 52mm footprint but increases thickness to 11mm. The best option depends on the enclosure’s actual thickness, width and length limits.

This format is a technical-fit candidate for portable diagnostic equipment, high-capacity handheld instruments and compact backup modules when the protected-pack envelope is validated. The current product configuration indicates that the PCM can add approximately 2mm to cell length; wire exit, connector, insulation, swelling allowance and production tolerances must also be included in the cavity study.

The 5000mAh rating does not establish continuous or pulse-current capability. Expected runtime depends on usable energy, device load profile, conversion losses, temperature and cutoff settings, while the final PCM, NTC, connector, lead length and charging requirements remain project-specific.
