THOR-503048 is the 5mm, 800mAh option in the 30 × 48mm footprint family. THOR-603048 keeps the same footprint and increases capacity to 900mAh by adding 1mm of nominal thickness, while THOR-703048 reaches 1000mAh at 7mm. Choose THOR-503048 when enclosure depth is the primary constraint and 800mAh meets the runtime target.

The 5 × 30 × 48mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. The current PCM-equipped drawing is approximately 5 × 30 × 50mm. Insulation, connector body, lead exit and wire bend radius can require additional clearance, so confirm the complete assembly, polarity and production-intent drawing before enclosure approval.

At 3.7V nominal and 800mAh, THOR-503048 stores 2.96Wh. Runtime depends on load profile, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, wireless or display duty cycle, temperature and aging. Validate continuous and peak demand with the intended PCM, connector and wiring before sample approval.

Should I choose THOR-503048, THOR-603048 or THOR-703048?

Choose THOR-503048 for the lowest nominal thickness in the shared 30 × 48mm footprint: 5mm and 800mAh. THOR-603048↗ increases thickness to 6mm and capacity to 900mAh, while THOR-703048↗ uses 7mm thickness for 1000mAh.

Are 5 × 30 × 48mm the protected-pack dimensions?

No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. The current PCM-equipped drawing is approximately 5 × 30 × 50mm, and insulation, connector body, lead exit and wire routing can require more clearance. Confirm the production-intent assembly before enclosure release.

It is the lowest-thickness member of the verified 30 × 48mm family, followed by THOR-603048 at 900mAh and THOR-703048 at 1000mAh.
