Description

THOR-404040 provides 700mAh in a thin, near-square 4 × 40 × 40mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-403442 keeps the same 4mm thickness and capacity in a narrower, slightly longer 34 × 42mm footprint. THOR-603035 uses a smaller 30 × 35mm plan area at the same capacity but increases nominal thickness to 6mm. Choose THOR-404040 when minimum depth and a balanced square plan area are more important than minimum width.

The 4 × 40 × 40mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. A typical PCM-equipped assembly is approximately 4 × 40 × 42mm, but the finished battery can require more clearance for PCM placement, insulation, lead exit, connector body and wire routing. Confirm the final drawing and physical samples before tooling.

At 3.7V nominal and 700mAh, THOR-404040 stores 2.59Wh and uses the standard 1S 4.2V full-charge system. Runtime depends on standby and active load, conversion efficiency, cutoff voltage, duty cycle, temperature and aging. Continuous and peak-current suitability should be confirmed against the final cell, PCM, wire, connector and device load profile.

THOR-404040 provides 700mAh in a 4 × 40 × 40mm near-square envelope. THOR-403442↗ keeps the same thickness and capacity but is narrower and slightly longer. THOR-603035↗ uses a smaller 30 × 35mm plan area but increases nominal thickness to 6mm.

Are 4 × 40 × 40mm the finished THOR-404040 dimensions?

No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. A typical PCM-equipped assembly is approximately 4 × 40 × 42mm, but PCM placement, insulation, connector body, lead exit and wire routing can change the final envelope. Confirm the production-intent assembly before enclosure approval.

What certification and compliance documents are available for THOR-404040?

UN38.3, IEC 62133-2, KC and relevant battery compliance documentation are available for OEM project review. Controlled files are not published for public download.
