Description

The THOR-603035 is a 3.7V 700mAh lithium polymer cell with a 6 × 30 × 35mm bare-cell envelope and 2.59Wh nominal energy. THOR-603038 keeps the same thickness and width while extending length to 38mm for 750mAh; THOR-603040 extends to 40mm for 800mAh. THOR-503035 is thinner at 5mm but provides 500mAh.

The balanced 30 × 35mm footprint is a technical-fit candidate for premium TWS charging cases, rechargeable hearing-assist devices and compact smart-jewelry or translator electronics. The current configuration indicates approximately 2mm additional length with the PCM; wire routing, connector, insulation, swelling allowance and tolerances must be verified in the actual enclosure.

Capacity does not by itself approve audio peaks, wireless transmit pulses or charging current. Validate the full duty cycle, thermal environment, cutoff settings and protection limits before using the 2.59Wh nominal-energy value for runtime estimates.
