THOR-102540 provides 1200mAh in a compact 10 × 25 × 40mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-103040 keeps the same capacity, thickness and 40mm length but widens the cell to 30mm. THOR-803048 reduces thickness to 8mm at the same capacity but requires a larger 30 × 48mm footprint. Choose THOR-102540 when the shorter, 25mm-wide plan area is more important than minimum thickness.

The verified 10 × 25 × 40mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope, not a guaranteed finished-pack size. PCM position, insulation, lead exit, connector body and wire bend radius can add space around the cell. Confirm the production-intent drawing and sample fit before enclosure approval.

At 3.7V nominal and 1200mAh, THOR-102540 stores 4.44Wh. Runtime depends on load profile, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, duty cycle, temperature and aging. Do not infer continuous or pulse-current capability from the 10mm thickness or capacity alone.

How does THOR-102540 differ from THOR-103040 and THOR-803048?

THOR-103040↗ uses the same 1200mAh capacity, 10mm thickness and 40mm length but is 5mm wider. THOR-803048↗ reduces thickness to 8mm but requires a longer, wider 30 × 48mm footprint.

Are 10 × 25 × 40mm the finished THOR-102540 dimensions?

No. They are the verified nominal bare-cell dimensions. The complete protected pack can require additional clearance for the PCM, insulation, lead exit, connector and wire routing.

Does 1200mAh confirm runtime or current capability?

No. The rating corresponds to 4.44Wh at 3.7V nominal, but runtime depends on the real load profile, conversion efficiency, cutoff voltage, duty cycle, temperature and aging. Continuous and peak-current suitability require separate validation.
