Description

THOR-103040 is the 1200mAh, 10mm-thick option in the 30 × 40mm footprint family. THOR-603040 reduces thickness to 6mm with 800mAh, while THOR-803040 provides 1000mAh at 8mm. THOR-703040 supplies the 7mm, 900mAh intermediate step. Choose THOR-103040 when the 30 × 40mm plan area is fixed and 1200mAh is worth the additional depth.

The verified 10 × 30 × 40mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. The current PCM-equipped drawing is approximately 10 × 30 × 42mm. Connector position, insulation, lead exit and wire bend radius still require clearance, so validate the production-intent assembly before releasing the enclosure.

At 3.7V nominal and 1200mAh, THOR-103040 stores 4.44Wh. Runtime depends on load profile, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, display or wireless duty cycle, temperature and aging. Capacity does not establish high-rate performance; validate continuous and peak demand with the final protection and harness design.

How does THOR-103040 fit into the 30 × 40mm capacity ladder?

THOR-103040 is the verified 10mm, 1200mAh step. THOR-603040↗ provides 800mAh at 6mm, THOR-703040 provides 900mAh at 7mm, and THOR-803040↗ provides 1000mAh at 8mm. Capacity should not be assumed to scale linearly with thickness.

Are 10 × 30 × 40mm the protected-pack dimensions?

No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. The current PCM-equipped drawing is approximately 10 × 30 × 42mm, and connector placement, insulation, lead exit and wire routing can require more clearance.

What electrical checks are required before approving THOR-103040?

Confirm standby and active load, pulse magnitude and duration, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, charging method, operating temperature and target runtime. Validate the final PCM, wire and connector with the actual electronics.
