THOR-501227 is the middle geometry in the 5mm-thick micro-cell ladder, providing 130mAh in a 5 × 12 × 27mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-501125 is 1mm narrower and 2mm shorter with 100mAh. THOR-501525 provides 150mAh in a 15mm-wide, 25mm-long format, trading width for a shorter length and 20mAh more capacity.
The 5 × 12 × 27mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. The current PCM-equipped drawing is approximately 5 × 12 × 29mm. PCM position, insulation, connector height, lead exit and wire bend radius can materially affect the finished geometry in a micro enclosure.
At 3.7V nominal and 130mAh, THOR-501227 stores approximately 0.48Wh. Actual runtime depends on standby current, active duty cycle, radio or sensor pulses, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, temperature and aging. Validate peak demand and voltage sag with the intended electronics.
THOR-501227 Engineering & Fit Questions
When should I choose THOR-501227 instead of THOR-501125 or THOR-501525?
Are 5 × 12 × 27mm the protected-pack dimensions?
How should a 130mAh design be runtime-tested?
