THOR-654060 provides 1800mAh in a 6.5 × 40 × 60mm bare-cell envelope for designs that prioritize lower thickness and can accept 60mm length. THOR-804050 keeps the same 1800mAh capacity and 40mm width but is 8mm thick and 10mm shorter. If more energy is required and a 9mm-thick cavity is available, THOR-903659 provides 2500mAh in a 9 × 36 × 59mm format.

The 6.5 × 40 × 60mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. The current PCM-equipped drawing is approximately 6.5 × 40 × 62mm. Include insulation, lead exit, connector mating space and wire bend radius in the enclosure, then validate the production-intent drawing and samples.

At 3.7V nominal and 1800mAh, THOR-654060 stores 6.66Wh. Runtime depends on load profile, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, display or radio duty cycle, temperature and aging. Capacity and geometry do not establish continuous or peak-current capability.

No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. The current PCM-equipped drawing is approximately 6.5 × 40 × 62mm, and the final cavity must also allow for insulation, lead exit, connector mating and wire routing.
