Description

THOR-523450 provides 1000mAh in a relatively thin 5.2 × 34 × 50mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-703048 is 4mm narrower and 2mm shorter at the same capacity, but increases nominal thickness to 7mm. THOR-405050 reduces thickness to 4mm but requires a broad 50 × 50mm footprint. Choose THOR-523450 when a shallow 34 × 50mm cavity offers the best balance.

The 5.2 × 34 × 50mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. PCM position, insulation, lead exit, connector body and wire bend radius can enlarge the finished pack. Confirm the production-intent assembly and mechanical support before releasing a shallow enclosure.

At 3.7V nominal and 1000mAh, THOR-523450 stores 3.7Wh. Actual runtime depends on load profile, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, duty cycle, temperature and aging. Do not infer high-current capability from capacity or the broad cell area.

Choose THOR-523450 when a shallow 5.2 × 34 × 50mm envelope is useful. THOR-703048↗ is narrower and shorter but thicker at 7mm, while THOR-405050↗ is thinner at 4mm but requires a much broader 50 × 50mm footprint.

Are 5.2 × 34 × 50mm the finished THOR-523450 dimensions?

No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. PCM placement, insulation, connector body, lead exit and wire routing can increase the finished envelope, and a shallow broad cell also requires suitable mechanical support.
