Description

THOR-102050 provides 1000mAh in a narrow 10 × 20 × 50mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-702155 keeps the same capacity in a thinner 7 × 21 × 55mm format but requires 5mm more length. THOR-803040 is 2mm thinner and 10mm shorter at the same capacity, but widens the footprint to 30mm. Choose THOR-102050 when a 20mm-wide battery channel is available and 10mm depth is acceptable.

The verified 10 × 20 × 50mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. The current PCM-equipped drawing is approximately 10 × 20 × 52mm. Connector position, insulation, lead exit and wire bend radius still require clearance, so confirm the production-intent assembly before releasing a narrow enclosure.

At 3.7V nominal and 1000mAh, THOR-102050 stores 3.7Wh. Actual runtime depends on load profile, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, duty cycle, temperature and aging. Capacity and geometry do not establish current capability; validate continuous and peak demand with the approved cell, PCM, wire and connector.
