THOR-505573 provides 2500mAh in a thin, broad 5 × 55 × 73mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-385677 reduces thickness to 3.8mm at the same capacity but requires a slightly larger 56 × 77mm footprint. THOR-724957 shortens the footprint to 49 × 57mm by increasing nominal thickness to 7.2mm. Choose THOR-505573 when a shallow 5mm profile matters more than minimum plan area.

The 5 × 55 × 73mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. PCM, insulation, lead exit, connector position and wire bend radius can increase the final dimensions. Confirm the production-intent assembly and mechanical support before releasing a broad, shallow enclosure.

At 3.7V nominal and 2500mAh, THOR-505573 stores 9.25Wh. Actual runtime depends on load profile, conversion efficiency, cutoff voltage, display or wireless duty cycle, temperature and aging. Do not infer high-current capability from capacity or cell area.

Choose THOR-505573 when a 5mm profile is required and the enclosure can accept 55 × 73mm. THOR-385677↗ is thinner at 3.8mm but slightly broader and longer, while THOR-724957↗ is shorter and narrower but increases thickness to 7.2mm.

Are 5 × 55 × 73mm the finished THOR-505573 dimensions?

No. Those are nominal bare-cell dimensions. PCM placement, insulation, connector, lead exit and wire routing can enlarge the finished pack, and the broad cell also needs appropriate mechanical support.

Does 2500mAh confirm suitability for motor or other high-load devices?

No. Capacity corresponds to 9.25Wh nominal energy but does not establish current capability. Validate continuous and peak load, voltage sag, PCM, wire, connector and thermal conditions with the intended system.
