THOR-104040 places 1800mAh in a compact near-square 10 × 40 × 40mm bare-cell envelope for designs that prioritize minimum length over thickness. THOR-804050 provides the same capacity and width with 2mm less thickness, but requires 10mm more length. THOR-112560 keeps 1800mAh in a narrower 25mm-wide, 60mm-long format when cavity shape favors an elongated cell.

The 10 × 40 × 40mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope, not a guaranteed finished-pack size. PCM placement, insulation, lead exit, connector and wire routing can add space around the cell. Confirm the final drawing and production-intent samples before releasing the enclosure.

At 3.7V nominal and 1800mAh, THOR-104040 stores 6.66Wh. Runtime depends on load profile, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, display or radio duty cycle, temperature and aging. Use the model-specific electrical specification and validate continuous and peak demand with the final PCM, connector and wiring.

THOR-104040 is the short near-square option at 10 × 40 × 40mm. THOR-804050↗ keeps the same capacity and width with lower 8mm thickness but 50mm length, while THOR-112560↗ uses a narrow 11 × 25 × 60mm envelope.

Are 10 × 40 × 40mm the finished THOR-104040 battery dimensions?

No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. PCM placement, insulation, connector, lead exit and wire routing can increase the finished envelope. Confirm the production-intent drawing and sample fit before enclosure approval.

What electrical checks are required for THOR-104040?
