Description

THOR-103665 concentrates 3000mAh into a 10 × 36 × 65mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-104065 keeps the same 3000mAh capacity, 10mm nominal thickness and 65mm length but increases width from 36mm to 40mm. This makes THOR-103665 the narrower same-capacity choice; it does not establish an electrical performance advantage over THOR-104065.

The 10 × 36 × 65mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope. A typical PCM-equipped assembly is approximately 10 × 36 × 67mm, but PCM placement, insulation, lead exit, connector body, NTC, wire routing and bend radius can change the final envelope. Confirm the production-intent drawing and sample before enclosure approval.

At 3.7V nominal and 3000mAh, THOR-103665 stores 11.1Wh and uses the standard 1S 4.2V full-charge system. Actual runtime depends on standby and active load, conversion efficiency, cutoff voltage, duty cycle, temperature and aging. Continuous and peak-current suitability should be confirmed against the final cell, PCM, wire, connector and device load profile.

Both models provide 3000mAh at 10mm nominal thickness and 65mm length. THOR-104065↗ is 40mm wide, while THOR-103665 is 36mm wide. Choose by available enclosure width; neither geometry alone establishes an electrical advantage.

Are 10 × 36 × 65mm the finished THOR-103665 dimensions?

No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. A typical PCM-equipped assembly is approximately 10 × 36 × 67mm, but PCM, NTC, insulation, connector body, lead exit and wire routing can change the final envelope.
