Can THOR Power build a home energy storage battery to my specification?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM projects from 12.8V backup packs to 51.2V wall-mount or cabinet home ESS batteries up to 200Ah and beyond. Voltage, capacity, BMS features, communication protocol (RS485/CAN), enclosure and connectors are all built to your specification.
Do you supply portable power stations under my own brand?
Yes. Compact (200W-300W) and mid-size (500Wh-2000Wh) portable power stations are supplied unbranded for OEM, ODM and private-label projects. Housing, port configuration, display, logo printing, gift-box packaging and manuals can carry your brand.
Can you support large-volume, long-term supply?
Yes. Approved specifications are locked for mass production, with cell batch traceability, per-pack testing and defined aging procedures. Production capacity planning and long-term supply agreements are supported for volume programs.
Which BMS features are included in an ESS battery pack?
Depending on the project: overcharge/over-discharge protection, over-current and short-circuit protection, cell balancing, temperature monitoring, SOC/SOH estimation and inverter communication via RS485 or CAN.
What certifications can THOR Power support for energy storage batteries?
We support UN38.3 and MSDS documentation for the supplied battery model. Market-specific certification scope (such as IEC 62619 or UL 9540-related requirements) should be confirmed based on the complete system, inverter and target market.
What is the minimum order quantity for a custom ESS battery pack?
MOQ depends on the cell platform, housing and mold requirements. Sample and small-batch validation orders are supported before mass production. Send your specification for an exact quotation.
