Yes. We can supply the full compliance dossier — including UN38.3, IEC 62133, CE, RoHS and MSDS documents — issued by accredited third-party laboratories and tied to the actual product you order. Just tell us your target markets and we'll confirm which documents apply.
Are these certifications the factory's own, or borrowed?
All certifications shown are tied to our own products and production. As a source factory, we hold the ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 management-system certificates and the relevant cell and pack test reports directly, so you're sourcing from the party that owns the qualifications.
Which certifications do I actually need for my market?
It depends on your destination and product type. As a starting point: UN38.3 is required for all international lithium shipments; CE and RoHS are needed for the EU; UL / IEC 62133 cover safety for North America and global markets. Send us your product and target countries and we'll map the exact list.
If I change the enclosure or pack design, do certificates need to be redone?
It depends on the change. Cell-level certificates (like UL 1642) usually stay valid, but modifying the pack form factor can require re-testing for UN38.3 and pack-level safety. We'll advise upfront what your specific design needs so there are no surprises before shipping.
How long does it take to get the documentation?
If your build uses cells and packs that already hold the relevant approvals, documentation can be provided quickly with your order. If new testing is required, third-party lab turnaround typically takes a few weeks depending on the standard. We'll give you a clear timeline during quotation.
Can you support custom certification for OEM / ODM projects?
