Description

THOR-602035 provides 400mAh in a narrow 6 × 20 × 35mm bare-cell envelope. THOR-602030 is 5mm shorter at the same 6mm thickness but provides 300mAh, while THOR-702030 keeps the 400mAh capacity in a shorter 20 × 30mm footprint by increasing nominal thickness to 7mm. Choose THOR-602035 when 20mm width is fixed and the enclosure can exchange 5mm of length for 1mm less thickness than THOR-702030.

The 6 × 20 × 35mm value is the nominal bare-cell envelope, not a guaranteed protected-pack size. PCM position, insulation, lead exit, connector body and wire bend radius can increase the finished envelope. Confirm the production-intent drawing, polarity and complete harness against the device cavity before sample approval.

At 3.7V nominal and 400mAh, THOR-602035 stores 1.48Wh. Actual runtime depends on standby drain, active duty cycle, radio or sensor pulses, regulator efficiency, cutoff voltage, temperature and aging. Capacity and geometry do not establish continuous or peak-current capability; validate the intended load with the approved cell, PCM, wire and connector.

THOR-602035 Engineering & Fit Questions

How does THOR-602035 compare with THOR-602030 and THOR-702030?
THOR-602030↗ is shorter at 6 × 20 × 30mm but provides 300mAh. THOR-702030↗ provides the same 400mAh in a shorter 20 × 30mm footprint, but increases nominal thickness from 6mm to 7mm.
Are 6 × 20 × 35mm the finished THOR-602035 battery dimensions?
No. They are nominal bare-cell dimensions. PCM placement, insulation, lead exit, connector body and wire bend radius can increase the protected-pack envelope, so confirm the production-intent assembly before enclosure approval.
How should runtime and load suitability be validated for THOR-602035?
Use 1.48Wh as the nominal energy starting point, then measure standby drain, active duty cycle, pulse load, regulator losses, cutoff voltage and temperature effects. Verify continuous and peak demand with the approved cell, PCM, wire and connector before sample approval.

3.7V 400mAh Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Battery with Connector | THOR-602035

THOR-602035 is a 3.7V 400mAh LiPo pouch cell with 1.48Wh nominal energy and a 6 × 20 × 35mm bare-cell envelope. Its narrow 20mm width and moderate 6mm thickness provide more energy than THOR-602030 when 5mm of additional length is available. Final pack dimensions depend on the PCM, insulation, wire exit and connector configuration.
